There is NO upside of the loss of Rush.

Life would be better today listening to Rush for 3 hours a day as we have for decades, then listening - secondarily - to as many of those podcasters you named as possible. Rush would have lots of great comments about those podcasters, too, by the way.

I always listened to Rush whenever I could. Unfortunately I was listening in the shop where I worked & it was so noisy much of the time. Should have had a pocket radio & earphones but that wasn’t always workable in a mechanic shop.

I disagree. I think that many of the people I now listen to have informed me in New and different ways. Rush opened the door and built the genre and it is growing.

He invented the podcast.
