No, she doesn't. She is speaking of the broad brush claims about women. Someone on this thread even said there are no women on FR. Conservative women are not like the ones described in the video.

There are few males more frustrating to a conservative woman than passive men. They shirk resonsibility for their sex roles in male-female relationships and their sexuality as regards preparing themselves for a Godly marriage before taking a chance on making a baby. As the old saying goes, "It's not that women are too strong. It's that there aren't enough strong men."
