I’m going to pass on tomatoes next year. I have more sauce and stewed tomatoes than I can possibly use.

If I could ever eat stuff like that again, it would still take me a couple years to go through it.

I’m going to focus on other storage crops, like squash, carrots, potatoes, turnips, etc.

And of course, now peas and beans again. They both did well here. I’m still learning what grows well here and what doesn’t.

Good plan. I’ve been into drying beans the past two seasons. If you have space, try ‘Good Mother Stallard.’ I had terrific yield even with our dry season. (Pole Bean)
