Well, you have to buy a cow. Let it mature. Inseminate it. Let it give birth. And then wait until the calf is about to be weaned and keep milking it.
So, it takes about three years. And during that time, they cows cannot be killed and eaten.
So….no Russia wouldn’t be able to make their own butter.
