The Moral Blindness of Kamala Harris’s Position on Abortion
New American Prophet ^ | October 28, 2024 | Dr. Michael Brown

Posted on 10/28/2024 4:25:38 AM PDT by Rev M. Bresciani

In a surprising statement during a townhall meeting earlier this month, presidential candidate Kamala Harris said, “I’ll tell you, there are probably many here and watching who, rightly, have made a decision that they do not believe in abortion. The point that I am making is not about changing their mind about what’s right for them or their family. It’s simply saying the government shouldn’t be making this decision.”

Really? She actually believes that many people have “rightly . . . made a decision that they do not believe in abortion?”

Then why is she promising to reinstate Roe v. Wade if elected?

I have never seen one person prayed over by so many religious leaders. DJT has God given strength and endurance.

the thing i understand about abortion is that it is the death penalty for the unborn child. and since neither rape nor incest is a capital crime, why must the innocent unborn pay a higher price than the perpetrator?

Kamala has no morals and, hence, no moral vision.

This is what happens when humans do not believe in something bigger than themselves (God, for example).

She believes that somehow humans can exist according to the philosophy of Aleister Crowley, as he put it in "The Book of the Law" (1904):

"Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law."
Kamala is too stupid to realize where her lack of morals comes from but, if she did, she might do as Saul Alinsky did in "Rules for Revolutionaries" and give an over-the-shoulder nod to Satan.

In order to win votes, Commie-La will say anything even if it contradicts what she previously said or even if it is self-contradictory. This is in addition to the meaningless word salads she tosses out.

Commie-La’s speeches have the intellectually meaningful content of excess flatulence.

Governments can take 95% of a person’s income.

Governments can and have sent millions of young men off to war where they have been killed, or maimed for life.

Bearing and giving birth to a child is almost always less risky than being a frontline soldier in a war.

Young man, that is your child.

I hereby order you to pay 20% of your income, but no less than $200/week, until that child is aged 18.

That’s 400 hours of year of your labor for a period of 18 years.

That’s 7200 hours of your labor, young man.

And if you don’t pay, I will put you in jail.

State governments have absolute power, tempered only by their constitutions and that of the federal constitution.

Those are my horses and those are my slaves. I treat them all quite well here on my plantation in Jamaica. I don’t pay pounds to my horses and I don’t pay pounds to my slaves either. I make sure they get fed and get necessary medical care.

Sir, the government in London now considers those slaves to be human beings and has ordered them to be freed.

Utter madness! The government in London is now nothing but a bunch of mindless, meddlesome persons sticking their noses in matters that they simply don’t understand, and which should not be in their purview.

Sir, the slaves look like human beings. How can you say that they are not? They have two eyes, two legs and two arms, a nose and a mouth, all positioned and proportioned like yours, they walk upright like you, they have hearts that beat....

slightly often due to use of reproductive tech). Only 14 states ban most abortions, while 6 have no term limits.

There were more than 1 million abortions in the US in 2023, the highest rate in more than a decade and a 10% jump from 2020. The abortion rate in 2023 was 15.9 abortions per 1,000 women aged 15-44, up 11% from 2020, according to proabortion Guttmacher. (https://www.guttmacher.org/fact-sheet/induced-abortion-united-states) About one out of 5 pregnancies end in abortion, though that is higher due to the murder via of mifepristone.

The facts and the appropriate definitions of terms leads to the conclusion that human life begins at conception.

Dismissing the absurd "my body, my right" polemic (try that with occupants of your car), the issue is whether an entity that is a technically living, distinct human organism possessing all of the genetic material needed to inform and organize its growth, as well as an active disposition to develop itself using that information, with a percentage of uniquely modern human DNA, is equivalent to being human persons and valued and protected as being so. Being at least as much as the eggs and nests of migratory birds are, regardless of degree of functionality.

The human embryo is the same individual as the human organism at subsequent stages of development. The evidence for this is the genetic and epigenetic composition of this being—that is, the embryo's molecular composition is such that he or she has the internal resources to develop actively himself or herself to the next mature stage... - https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC2672893/ -

Missing:

If something is growing inside your body as the result of a procreative act (which in all cases, the participants knew the risk and choose to engage in it), which contains uniquely human DNA, and will shortly be very manifest to be a human life, and uniquely human person, then you can assuredly conclude that it is. And thus intentionally taking the life of this innocent human being murder - aside due to actual necessity to save the life of the mother (as in ectopic pregnancies, which themselves are very very rare (about 1-2% and slightly often due to use of reproductive tech). Only 14 states ban most abortions, while 6 have no term limits.

This.

Every election we see people seemingly flabbergasted about politicians contradicting themselves. And the when elected we see consternation that the pols don’t keep their promises.

Are these people just stupid? Or unobservant? It should be obvious by now that pols are mostly power seeking opportunists who cares only about stuffing their pockets. The few that aren’t stand out by comparison
