I did find it interesting that even in 1864 the Demz were manipulating ballots and voter identification.

And, in a Q-related instance...the mention of a “...Military Commission ordered...” calls to mind a drop that pointed to the CW as historical precedence for actions of the POTUS/CinC.

And up to that time the 'Rats were demanding that their slaves be counted for representation... just, as now, they demand that millions of imported invaders be counted for representation.

Confirms what Mark Levin has been saying: The Dems have NEVER liked the Constitution! ...because it has never allowed them to do what they wanted to do.
