Yes, but to throw someone over 5 foot high railing is not that easy. It is mostly drunks sitting on top of railing who fall.
Heh heh... if I spent a week on a cruise ship, I’d probably be confined to the centerline of the ship, and nothing above main deck. ;^)
It’s a cruise where they hire guys to date women then treat them so bad that the ladies write songs about it.
I saw similar on a cruise....we were docked in Cozumel preparing to depart and a drunk passenger jumped off the fantail many decks up....only way I figure he survived was he was so blitzed.

We’ll be cruising in December. If we find out there’s a Taylor Swift group on board, I could consider hurling myself over the railing.
We were pleasantly surprised a few years ago when Media Research Center conference was on our cruise — Steve Moore, Alan West, etc.
It was her husband; is always the husband.
I watch a lot of TV shows about crimes committed by regular people. Ya know not celebrities, not criminal types, just average Jills and Joes. I’m most interested in their motives. 99% of the time when a husband kills a wife or a wife kills a husband, it is for the life insurance. A life insurance policy is a death sentence.

Me, too. I’m an “I.D. addict”, and record true crime from Oxygen and ID. Lots have to do with life insurance. Many jealous control freaks. And many black man killing white female significant others.
Wow!... And thank you, V TWIN. Yeah, I’ve had far too many friends become dead, permanently maimed, or injured due to drinking.

It would be embarrassing for me to confess how many times I have watched OJ documentaries and mini series. There are a lot of them. My favorite mini series is when Cuba Gooding played OJ.

Discalimer: I would NEVER be on a cruise out at past swimming length. AND wearing a lifevest at all times, including mealtimes. Yes, I’d be the fat short woman dragging the lifevest behind her, if not actually wearing it.
That said, it was my assumption all those cruise ships had fairly high railings.
