To actually have martial law in a nation like the USA with it's huge land mass and population of 350 million people would take an army of 20 - 30 million. So it ain't ever going to happen.

Actually, martial law could be implemented very selectively.
Certainly the large cities with their BLM/ANTIFA gangs would police those areas with help from local woke police.
The military, with its newly authorized ability to kill Americans on US soil would be deployed to the Conservative “problem areas” to set an example - “resistance is futile”.
