Actually, martial law could be implemented very selectively.
Certainly the large cities with their BLM/ANTIFA gangs would police those areas with help from local woke police.
The military, with its newly authorized ability to kill Americans on US soil would be deployed to the Conservative “problem areas” to set an example - “resistance is futile”.

The standing army is around 1,000,000. With reserves, maybe 1.5 million. Sorry, that is not enough for martial law in one or two major cities let alone THE ENTIRE USA.
