What will really happen is a massive houseeleaning at the FBI and CIA first. James Clapper and John B. Brennan could be fired and/or arrested along the way.

I think Trump is looking at a massive overhaul on national taxation, too. The very idea of going to a low-rate no-deductions flat tax or even the more radical FairTax is not off the table, given how massively positive such a change could do to the US economy.
