David Dayen is a well known far-left journalist propagandist who is currently the executive editor of The American Prospect, which, you might recall, was originally fronted by Robert Kuttner, Robert Reich, and Paul Starr during the Clinton years (and just before). Funding for TAP has always been a little shady, but one prominent source over the years has had a name that starts with S and ends with oros. So, pretty much what we would expect from this source.
