First no winner will be announced on election night as most swing states have announced they will not be done counting for 3-5 days.
Second no matter who is announced as the winner there will be a contested election that will be prolonged. Maybe into Spring. The Supreme Court and the military may end up getting involved.
Come January 20th and no winner has yet been selected Biden’s term ends. Who is going to run the govt in the interim? Look for the Dems to try to keep Biden in the Whitehouse illegally. Its likely going to be a chit show.

There is no scenario in which that happens. The electors vote on December 19 (I think). The constitution requires electors to meet in every state at the same time. If a state doesn’t decide its electors by then too bad so sad, those that do will decide the election. And if by some miracle there is no majority on January 6 2025, the (new) congress will decide the president and vice president.
