The tourist resorts likely have power... And lots of it. The tourist from Canada and Europe are living large, while your average Cuban is living in the dark.
The Canadian government under Trudeau (Fidel’s son) and other administrations have poured hundreds of millions into to the Cuban economy, and Canadian tourist have likely poured in even more money... The net result... Cuban’s live in poverty while the Castro’s live in mansions.
