The anti-Global Warming crowd is planting more trees in Miami. When Trump gets elected, he should expand Federally sponsored tree planting across America. Make this a 2 billion dollar program.

Take Leon DiCaprio and other private jet setting libs. They like to claim they are planting trees to counteract the CO2 emissions from their private jets. Leon etc will contract out with a tree planting NGO (undoubtedly with outlandishly high executive salaries) to plant trees in Africa or Timbuktu or whatever.
So good enough for Leon and his libby Hollywood crowd to buy their Global Warming indulgences, then good enough for DJT and Republicans.
