Shed a tear for them if you must, but what is really going on is this: Every truck that brings supplies in is commandeered by Hamas at gunpoint, and rerouted to their distribution points. The local Gazans are forced to pay for these goods, usually at 10 times their worth. Hamas takes the proceeds and distributes the monies to their leaders, and then their soldiers, and any Gazans that resist are killed. Perhaps the Israelis should calculate the number of calories the Hostages are receiving and distribute on that basis. That would be fair. LET MY PEOPLE GO! Said the Prophet.

I think it’s Hamas threatening to shoot anyone who tries to evacuate rather than Israel not allowing enough time. Just as it’s Hamas confiscating food relief and not Israel who’s obstructing food delivery

Law of War wouldn’t include Hamas or Hezbollah. They aren’t states just terrorists supported by Iran. They also fail on other requirements.
Hamas was elected by the “Palestinians”. They elected Hamas knowing that the Hamas charter and the Hamas leadership always always always openly declare a commitment to destroy Israel.
I agree, but Gaza isn’t a ‘state’ entity either, they are getting what most of them asked for.
When the people of Gaza decide to have leaders to speak up and surrender, then Israel can begin thinking that they’ve had enough.
