And here I wasted all my laboratory time trying to solve the Hardly Paradox. back to the drawing board.
In sum, it means????
Laurel and Hardy

I watched the unexceptional “Lippy the Lion and Hardy Har-Har” cartoons as a youngster. At the time, I didn’t know that lions and hyenas weren’t supposed to get along, so I didn’t get the joke. It is almost a trope in 1960-70s cartoons that animal enemies/weird combos team up:
Hong Kong Phooey (dog)/Spot (cat)
Courageous Cat and Minute Mouse
Quick Draw McGraw (horse)
Touche Turtle/Dum Dum (sheep dog)
Secret Squirrel/Morocco Mole
Peter Potomus/So-So (monkey)
Rocky the Flying Squirrel/Bullwinkle J. Moose
So it’s like ‘believing what can be unburdened by what has been’?
