This is a must-watch if you want to stay abreast of SpaceX's incredible achievements.
This is freakin' INSANE. They didn't simply land the booster on a launchpad -- impressive enough -- but they CAUGHT THE BOOSTER IN MIDAIR AS IT HOVERED.
I'm simply gobsmacked. We are very fortunate to have a visionary like Elon Musk alive in our time.
Your video link seems to just redirect back to the thread ???

I watched that and then watched the replay over and over and still want to see it some more.
What would Musk do without the muslems? /s
It’ll take nasa 40 more years and a zillion dollars to replicate this technology.......of course with an idiot like Bill Nelson as administrator what else would one expect?
I watched a SpaceX rocket land this summer. It amazing even at a distance.
This is authentic Flash Gordon stuff!
Can you buy stock in SpaceX.
True dat.
Watched live the flight in. The video of the plasma field around the spacecraft was one for the ages. A lot can be learned from that.
Yes! Watched the whole thing live. That catch was nothing short of amazing.
And Musk is working to make this sort of thing routine while running a rocket assembly line designed for reuse.
He says getting on a rocket should be like getting in a car. You don’t throw your car away after you use it.
Thanks Laz. This is the fifth test, the first one was *last year*. Development of this launch system has cost about $5 billion. NASA, Boeing, Blue Origin can’t cater a conference for that little. :^)
I can’t get enough of the nerds cheering and pumping their fists. I’m happy-crying.
...vanity...
Anyone have factual articles about ‘polluted’ cooling water used for space x launches?
Free enterprise doing what governments won’t or can’t do.
We've lost something as a nation when we no longer celebrate our achievements.
Yes, we are. I never thought I would see such a space age accomplishment. Something people forget is Musk is making big bucks with his Falcons placing numerous satellites in orbit, paid by many players. I believe that was instrumental in developing the Starship.
I've been saying since the Falcon boosters that NASA is falling behind. Looks like Bezo's Blue Origin isn't doing so well either. And why is NASA obsessed with the Moon as they make little to no headway getting to it?
