Those seahorses were brine shrimp. I tried and failed in my shrimp-farming venture. I couldn’t get those little buggers to grow big enough to eat.
As I recall, the brine shrimp were advertised as “sea monkeys”, not seahorses. It’s been a very long time since I’ve seen one of those ads, though.
