They die by suffocation, absolutely HORRIBLE. My sister thankfully does NOT have this one for her 6 month old(She loves being in the swing helps her fall asleep)
The problem is people put blankest and pillows in these things and an infant cannot breathe if they turn over in their sleep.. Number one, babies should not be left unattended in these contraptions............................
