I disagree with the author. Outcome #3 isn’t possible, in my opinion. If Trump doesn’t win on election night, then he doesn’t win. The courts proved the last time that they’re unwilling to even look into the possibility of irregularity and cheating in the presidential election. I don’t see that changing this time.
