STORM SURGE: The combination of storm surge and tide will cause
normally dry areas near the coast to be flooded by rising waters
moving inland from the shoreline. The water could reach the
following heights above ground somewhere in the indicated areas if
the peak surge occurs at the time of high tide...

Thanks. I’m no meteorologist, and I know there are temp/pressure dynamics that’ll shift the eye over the next few days, but right now, that slot straight into Miami looks like a fair target. I know they have past performance of other storms to guide them....

Yeah...projections. I lived in Homestead for 3 1/2 years. I know the drill.

Most of downtown Tampa is at least 20-25 feet above sea level. Many places more. Tampa will be fine.
