::::The Alien Enemies Act of 1798 lets the president authorize citizens of enemy nations to be “apprehended, restrained, secured and removed” if they are deemed a threat to the US during wartime.::::

I'm all in, but is this pinned to a specific war, or is the immigrant invasion, in essence, an act of war?

Has congress ever recalled its Declaration of War with Afghanistan (Bush)?

You are aware that the Authorization of Use of Military Force passed by Congress after 9/11 has never been repealed.

That counts as declaration of war under War Powers Act.

Deep State tool used for endless war will be used against them.
