After the initial shock, I was quickly convinced by Q drops that “it had to be this way”.
Wife of Tim Walz hits the campaign trail to read books to kids about gay dads and their cats
“After the initial shock, I was quickly convinced by Q drops that “it had to be this way”.”
And it appears to be working, though I have a couple of friends who are still blind and brainwashed. Overall, though, the plan unfolds.

Cats, I can see.

It has just come out that Democrats in Washington and the Democrat Governor’s Office of North Carolina (Roy Cooper) were blocking people and money from coming into North Carolina to help people in desperate need. Biden knew about it, and so did Kamala! It’s all over the place – A HORRIBLE SITUATION. I will make it up to everyone when we take Office on January 20th. HOLD ON, I’M COMING!
With all the tax breaks he is promising I would love to hear about help for seniors. Would love to see him set a moratorium on this years required minumum distribution. Peoples retirement accounts have already been decimated.
Thanks. I wonder WHERE it “has just come out”.

The info about blocking aid - volunteers, equipment, supplies - has bee on X and elsewhere for days. I don’t know about “just come out”, Trump may be just using that wording for some reason.
-—help for seniors? Try to keep up. Trump wants to eliminate tax on Social Security. That’s a BIGGEE. Remember that, now, your SS bennies are taxable after your initial contribution is paid out. Check line 6a/6b on your 1040. If you have other income besides SS it’s even BIGGIER.——————————MAGA
The claim that folks in DC and the NC Governor are the ones blocking the aid is more specific than claims I’ve seen so far, so I’m wondering what his source is.
SS benefits are taxable, if benefits and other income exceed certain income levels.
25,000 single.
32,000 married joint.
Not indexed for inflation.
Add half your SS benefit to your other income, if the total exceeds these threshold amounts, SS is taxable.
How much it exceeds these levels determines how much of your benefit is taxable.
Max taxable is 85%. Easily reached with 1980’s threshold amounts.
I’ve read about that on X, many accounts, often people on the ground in NC.
So basically, anybody with a modest pension or anybody that has saved for retirement on their own can expect a good portion of their SS income, which is THEIR money, STOLEN from their paycheck, to be taxable. I have to admit that I hadn’t looked into that situation in the past, but I will be soon.

The evil genius is not indexing for inflation. IIRC, Reagan gave them this to get tax cuts. Could be wrong. This is close to 40 yrs. old.
Not indexing for inflation is the evil part - well, one of the evil parts. I mean, $25k was a really nice retirement income back in 1980 or so - now, it’s about enough to pay for groceries and part of the utility bills. Ok, maybe a little more than that, but if you have any kind of rent, then it really, really sucks.
All we have is ss so it will have no impact on us
