Just got off the phone with a buddy of mine in TN off the Hiawassee river. FEMA finally showed up empty handed. They were told they could apply for a $750 loan, most people are being turned down. He said FEMA was also confiscating donations and “redirecting them” to more needed places. He said FEMA is not able to “redirect” contributions to churches.
