See plebs. that’s why you gotta let your betters do the thinking for you.
Rather pathetic post-scientific analysis of well-known phenomena. Concentration is stressful compared to passive receptive posture; Critical thinking may induce awareness of the need to change some behavior or cognition, which leads to cognitive dissonance and is also stressful; the speculations about evolution etc are the post-scientific part, as they are idle ruminating without evidence. Sad commentary on the state of psychology, plowing over old ground for the hundredth time, just to get a publication.
And stupid to boot 🥾.
Is this the left’s defense for employing low brained DEI hires?
That must be it!
In my view, folks do not have a choice of being able to turn off their critical thinking.
Some have it and analyze every situation. It doesn’t matter what it is.
I was accused 40 years ago of thinking to much. That was USAF.
I to this day do not know what that means.
It boils down to preservation.
People don’t like it, I guess.
IT CAN BE A GOOD THING OR A BAD THING DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION.
When I was in the Marines, a Test Instrument Calibration tech, we had a guy that would try to theorize everything but he couldn't repair stuff. He over analyzed every little problem, while others would dive right into the same problem and have a solution when this guy was still thinking about it...............
Mine bordered more on the meaning of all of us growing up.
^)
A Marine is a great quality.
A young man goes knowing the road is long and hard.
I have great respect for that decision.
I chose the USAF and it was correct for me. (407L Radar)
I was able to succeed to COM of Goldwater (Luke) AFR in 7 years.
I was a dishwasher 8yrs prior at the Western Steer.
In HS I wanted to be a Marine Biologist.
Wound up being a Marine.
The recruiter lied.....................😁
Were you able to tell man from women?
Of course!
Women were called BAMS.................
I have many Marine friends.
They all meet my standards and usually do exceed them.
COM is Chief of Maintenance BTW. I was 26 and hated because of it.
One hell of a place to learn politics.
Then you could have passed as a biologist!
Nothing negative about it, sort of fun.
Your screen name is good. 1 going hot.
Cleared hot!
Lmao. You loved the lie anyways. Who you trying to kid?
We were in a Maintenance Battalion, along with others that repaired things, Radar, Radios and Communications equipment, Rifles, Vehicles (motor pool), Tanks, and certain types of missiles..................
Yes, I loved every minute of it! But I still remember all that I did learn about Marine Biology and life in the oceans..............
