Most states have special laws about recording someone who is either in the bathroom or bedroom especially if the purpose is to “titillate or arouse”. You generally need the recorded (written or otherwise) consent of all involved.

I think but not 100% sure that mostly covers when you expect privacy. But if you’re naked while the recorder is naked I believe it’s not illegal in many places.
Now if the people recorded were not the person recording then yes it’s 100% illegal.
