The current short cycle with Kamala entering late shows that a far left woke candidate can pretend to be moderate for 60-90 days. A longer cycle gives opportunity for exposure.
But a short cycle would be great with weekly 3-hour debates to expose the positions of the candidates.

Voting-it should be done on a Saturday. Seniors, Veterans and the handicapped in wheelchairs would be given an 8-10 hour window to vote one day before. No earlier voting.

I haven't followed local trials for quite some. Back in the day it was unusual to have a criminal trial last more than a few days. A high profile case may have lasted a week or so. It was very unusual to have one last more than 2 weeks.
