Thank you much, PghBaldy, for the reference to Justice Scalia and his strong emphasis on the Separation of Powers in the Constitution.
You opened my eyes on the high importance of Separation of Powers.
I googled and found a terrific 1988 video roundtable on the Separation of Powers where Justice Scalia spoke for about 10 minutes.
It’s available on CSPAN and Scalia speaks at the 6:00 minute mark.

Nice find.
Nice find.
Thank you for the link on Separations of Power.
C-Span is a blessing that I accredit to Brian Lamb who ran it honestly.
Now we are in a more complicated world and the chaos we see is because our Constitution is being ignored and foreign powers are allowed to decide what American citizens can and cannot do. The result is Despotism.
If there is no oversight to the Alphabet Agencies, they need to be eliminated. This is especially true with the so called Intelligence agencies. Congress created these beasts, Congress can end them or bridle them.
The information and data Age needs a total flushing of corruption.
The hurdle is a corrupt election system and a media that is pure globalist propaganda.
We find a way to fix this, or the nation will fall.
