It isn’t the safety of the doctor.

Vaccines take days or weeks produce anti-bodies or ‘to do their magic’.

Besides, wouldn’t the Doctor and staff already have updated tetanus and meningitis vaccines? What should they be worried about.
I’ve heard that nurses get hepatitis and other vaccines that your average person doesn’t get normally because they come into contact with people who are ill all the time.

When I started at the hospital I had to get a bunch of vaccines updated because I either never had them, or I couldn’t prove that I had gotten them and my blood work was inconclusive. And the funny thing is that I rarely went near any patients. I was mostly in a bunker-like room in the basement next to the morgue.

But I dont think we ever forced a vax on a patient when I was there. I know they were offered if the patient wanted them…but the docs and nurses were not running around with a cart of vaccines looking to get a $3 insurance payment for a shot. That would not be a good or profitable use of their time. Anyone suggesting that does not understand how insurance/medicare/medicaid reimbursement works.
