I don't use any apps on my iPhone, but on at least two occasions, when my son has ordered online using Popeye's app to order something for me to pick up after doing errands, they've claimed not to have received the orders. Back then, the employees were all black. He had ordered from the correct location both times. The last time it happened, a manager finally stepped in after several minutes. I gave my phone to him, so he could tell my son to take a picture of the online receipt, text it to me, so I could show it to him, in order for them to complete the order. I was there for almost an hour. Within the past month, I stopped on the way home, went into Popeye's and placed an order for my son. This time I noticed there were fewer blacks working...at least on the afternoon shift.
The McDonald's here is another one with ordering problems. It doesn't matter if you go through the drive-thru, or use their app to order from home, which my son does, you still have to sit in line, then pull over and wait for them to bring your food out to you. And then you have to double-check your order before you pull out of the parking lot, because 99% of the time, your order is wrong.
Just the other day, I ordered some food directly at the drive thru, paid for it, got my receipt, and was told to pull up to the second window. Two different people came to the window asking me what my order was. The second one, a manager, asked me for the receipt because they couldn't find my order. It's always a total cluster-f*ck, and it's mostly run by white people.
The Popeye’s near me fired all the black employees and brought in Yemeni’s.
I’d much rather have the black employees back!

LOL. This actually happened at the Popeye’s I go to in Virginia. The Hispanic employees that took over rarely mess my order up unlike the prior employees
