It is what you hoped for. Relax, don’t follow the media’s take on it. Trump dominated that debate. People who like Trump and want him to win are nervous and think that he took the bait but responding to all the nastiness. They wanted him to ignore the attacks. That’s the same thing they told Romney, that doesn’t work; you end up getting defined by the attacker. Bush left office with 25% approval rating by taking that advice. It’s nonsense. Trump pushed back and didn’t allow them to define him. She did not look at all Presidential, as a matter of fact, all of the things they accused Trump of could be found in Harris. She didn’t talk about policy at all, she only insulted Trump, calling him a rapist, a convict, a felon. Oh that’s lovely but that’s only because you’ve weaponized the DOJ. The only section I think Trump actually lost was the healthcare section. Pretty good winning percentage. A lot of the questions (30-40 minutes worth) were just attacks on Trump barely even formed as a question and Harris still couldn’t put him away (How many ally hoop passes do you need?). The abortion section was basically a push and that’s with the moderators not holding her feet to the fire at all. They have this thing where they can’t ask each other questions so Trump would ask her and the Moderators with move on when they knew she didn’t have an answer. Conversely, they would do all of the asking the followups on Trump and he still crushed it. Relax, Trump absolutely crushed it.
