"Was Hitler a Christian?"
The Renaissance of Men ^ | 09/06/24 | Will Spencer

Posted on 09/07/2024 5:16:23 AM PDT by Olympiad Fisherman

Will Spencer of the "Renaissance of Men" interviews Dr. R. Mark Musser on his book entitled, "Nazi Ecology: The Oak Sacrifice of the Judeo-Christian Worldview in the Holocaust" which demonstrates the essential pagan worldview of National Socialism and how its racist Social Darwinism was co-mingled with ecology since it cannot be separated from biology that played no small role in the Shoah.

“ But so is every other Christian who wants to kill Jews physically or kill them spiritually by converting them away from Judaism.”

No where in Christianity is there a directive to convert people. No where

Yes, understood. Luther’s anti-Semitism was notorioius later in life when he became more contankerous passing a number of kidney stones along the way. Initially, he was gracious to the Jews, but got angry at them when they did not convert. Thus, Luther’s views finally continues the Catholic Anti-Semitism of his pre-conversion past so that pogroms would continue as such. What is worse than pogroms? The Holocaust, which the author spends a considerable amount of time unpacking showing how it was a secularized Protestant Anti-semitism which led to the godless behavior of the Nazis.

The number of people that believe Hitler was Christian is astonishing. They were into the occult. There was nothing Christian about them. They pandered to the Church in their rise to power but then had to crush the Church as they knew it would never go along with their plans.

Yes, understood. Old Prussia, Baltic Russia today, was very Lutheran. Read response above. The Nazis used nominal Christians and Christianity to their advantage. By the time the 20th century rolled around, Protestantism has become completely secularized. Even the Second Reich was an Anti-Semtici state, but very anti-biblical even though Protestant - which was mostly in name only. The secularization of Protestantism in Germany needs to be much more widely understood than is.

They also believe the “Reverend” Jim Jones was a Christian too. He was an atheist Commie.

So you are saying that all of those Christians who have converted over the last 2000 years were not influenced by other Christians to convert?

Are you saying that Christians today in Israel and around the world aren’t trying to convert Jews to Christianity?

I thought the Christians were supposed to go out into the world and preach the Good News to the unbelievers. I think it is called evangelism.

Did evangelism (outreach to the non-Christians for the purpose of converting others) suddenly get canceled?

Hitler was a pantheist who believed in an Aryan Jesus of some kind - very different than the Biblical view of God and Christ.

My Polish ancestors came to this country because of the Kulturkampf.

Christian antisemitism is unbiblical. It is a carryover from the ancient pagan past that has its roos in the book of Esther in the Old Testament when the term “Jews” is first used in a derogatory sense by the enemies of God’s chosen people.

Hitler thought that the Muslim belief in Jihad, mirroed the old Norse Myths about Valhalla, and that’s why it was better for the German people. He said if Germany had adopted Mohammedism, they would have conquered the world.

It was my understanding that the Nazi philosophy would gradually replace church doctrine..and become a state religion devoid of Bible lessons.

Much the same way the leftist philosophy has been replacing church doctrine in the US. Tranny and homosexuals preaching feel good gobbly gook. Prideful and mocking the real Word.

I remember something I heard years ago. They asked a preacher, what it would look like if Satan took over.

He said, that there would be no prostitution, no profanity, people would be kind to each other, and the churches would be full every Sunday, where Christ isn’t preached.

Dietrich Bonhoeffer (The Cost Of Discipleship) was a Lutheran theologian who rebelled against Hitler. Hitler had him murdered.

Was Hitler Christian? The question itself is preposterous.

1 John 3:15: ..no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him..

“Luther was a very flawed human.”

“But so is every other Christian who wants to kill Jews physically or kill them spiritually by converting them away from Judaism.”

Here is what I am saying:

Nowhere in Christianity is there a directive to convert people. Nowhere.

To assert that converting Jews is the same as genocide is inaccurate. Christians are commanded to spread the Gospel to all people: atheists, Muslims, Buddhists, Jews, Hindus, etc. If you accept the Bible as the Word of God, then salvation only comes through the acceptance of Jesus’ sacrifice on the Cross.

Well he was purportedly baptized.

Of course, that doesn’t mean he was Christian, but does mean his family was possibly Christian.

That baptismal record has been long ago secreted a way.

“The church” as usual never was taken to account for its dealings with Nazis.

If one has read about Dietrich Bonhoeffer, then they know the Nazis went after Christians who didn’t tow the party line not just Jews for so-called racial cleansing.
