The last 4 minutes of the video below is a recent ABC peice on conspiracy theories. They are using a fake (IMHO) supposedly 'reformed' conspiracy theorist who said when he used to be a conspiracy theorist, he liked feeling 'special' as he had special knowledge no one else has. As I have been accused of being a conspiracy theorist, I'm here to say that learning about the gore, horror, Satanists and betrayal never gave me a flicker of positive feelings. When I talk to those who are asleep, I don't feel 'good' or superior to them.
Anyway, it's a good piece, and the narrator is happy to point out things that were deemed conspiracies and which proved to be true.
