SOMEBODY is screwing with me.
I keep the meme ping list in a text file (along with a few other useful bits of info) so I can copy and paste the list when I post memes. So I just now opened up the text file and scrolled down to the ping list. I was about to select & copy it when suddenly it disappeared!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hmmm. That’s odd. I didn’t touch anything except for opening the file and scrolling. I had not yet selected the list.
So I closed the file without saving and reopened it. SAME THING.
So I closed it again and reopened it. SAME THING.
The other info in the file is intact. Only the ping list is “missing”. So I tried copying it (the blank space) and pasting it here for this post. It worked. But it is still blank in my text file.
Ok, I’m pretty computer savvy, so I thought “What could be causing this?” My first guess is to make the text color match the background color. (Kind of a computer version of invisible writing.) So I changed the text color. YAY! That works! EXCEPT.... as soon as I move away from it, it disappears again.
Now I am ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE I did not change the colors in the file to start with, so I don’t know how this could have happened in the first place. And I also have no idea why it continually changes from whatever I change it to.
I have a couple of other ping lists in this text file and they are showing the same behavior.
But (as far as I can tell) nothing else in the text file is affected.
THIS IS SO WEIRD!!!
Any guesses, FReeQs?
