My day 1 dream for President Donal Trump goes something like this:
During the inauguration speech, President Trump announces that he will sign an executive order to halt all activity in every federal department and agency, with the exception of the US Military and the US Treasury, and ask Congress to form a committee to review the need for these departments, and make recommendations as to how to transfer the work done to by these departments to the 50 states. Payments for SS, Medicare, & Medicaid will continue, but all other federal employees in these departments and agencies not involved in assisting with the review (non-essential) should consider themselves laid off and to file for unemployment.
The US Military, under the direction of the Secretary of Defense, will review their weapons system's needs, the procurement process, and the manufacturing process to streamline the delivery of weapons systems. At the same time, all DEI training will halt.
All federal personnel shall be subject dismissal, up to and including prosecution for any attempt to subvert these orders
The review will also include the cost savings (tax decreases) to the American public since these departments and agencies will no longer require federal government to collect taxes to fund their existence.
This halting of activity will last approximately 6 months and can be extended as needed to complete the process
Every attempt to boobytrap, sabotage, or obstruct systems and operations of the federal agencies by current, exiting, or former federal employees and appointees will be pursed AGGRESSIVELY by the new DOJ.
There’s a Project 2025 that has a huge PDF online.
Be aware that Making America Great Again is the key to everything.
A million $150,000/year federal jobs cost directly about $200 billion/year, about 3% of the federal budget.
unfortunately, that is a dream.
