A simple DNA test will tell you if you’re prone to diabetes.

It’s in the genes. If it doesn’t run in your family, it won’t likely be a problem, but if your DNA says your prone... You’ll likely get it. And no amount of prevention will help.

You can even reverse it.

Modern medicine for the most part is quackery. Look at covid for a recent example.

That’s T1. T2 is a lifestyle disease and is entirely preventable and reversible.

Which test is it for those of us who may wish to get it?

What’s the name of the test?

Type 2 is all about carbs whether there is a genetic disposition , or not. Quit carbs, for which there is no dietary requirement (unlike amino acids, vitamins and minerals) and it will either be controlled, or will not surface. Of course one can continue insulting their body with drink and carbs to push insulin resistance It’s the Murican way. Eat until their feet rot off, etc..

Type 1 is more problematic.

Not true. It may be in the genes but eat slow carb diet 30g or less per day and it will not be a problem. And avoid all fake sugars. Fast regularly.

The problem is that most type 2’s are deceived by insulin.

I could have type 2, most of my people do. I just stay low carb.
