Natural born citizen has been legally defined as anyone born on US soil or abroad to citizens. That’s how the whole anchor baby problem began in the first place.
Where?

sorry, being born on the soil means nothing.
that’s more bs from the left.
being born to one or more US citizens, in the US or overseas, results in a US citizen.
being born to a foreign citizen who is in the processing of naturalizing
results in a kid that is an American citizen, as per the 14th.
kamala’s mother and father were on student visas when she was born.
essentially, they were tourists. The 14th Amendment was specifically written such
that kids of tourists would not be Americans. which means her US citizenship is
definitely up in the air.
as for being natural born... not possible. she was born with Indian and Jamaican
parents.
she had at least 2 choices of citizenship... not possible to be natural born.

No it hasn't. The only thing that has been defined in such a manner is "citizen."
"Natural born citizen" has never been defined by the courts.
