Pythons have now been deemed an invasive species in Florida so why limit when and how many can be caught?
Let’s have a continuous round up......chances are, they’ll never eradicate all of ‘em anyway. 🤷
They don’t want people overrunning the everglades like wildcat gold miners in a goldrush.

Put a bounty on them. Bring a snake head to a ranger get a free fishing license for a year.
