Rumors fly about Kamala having a drinking problem
American Thinker ^ | 8/19/2024 | Andrea Widburg

If you leave the media bubble with its insistence that Kamala is brilliant and joyful and, instead, look at Kamala objectively, it’s clear that something is very wrong there. Most of us have assumed that she’s an ambitious dim-bulb who’s been stage-managed into a situation beyond her minimal capabilities and that she responds with strange word salads. However, there are now reports that Kamala’s real problem is that she’s an uncontrolled alcoholic who is showing up drunk at a lot of events. Is this true? I have no idea, but it’s certainly a reasonable explanation for what we’re seeing.

It seems that the rumor has been circulating in political circles for some time, but it broke into the open over the weekend with a tweet from James Blair, a Trump campaign insider:

"A lot of rumors out there about Kamala having a serious drinking problem…apparently coming into focus as campaign heats up.

⏳Stay Tuned…"

From there, the story multiplied. According to reports, her staffers can’t keep her away from the booze, and, therefore, their only option is to try to keep her away from the microphone:

"DEVELOPING: Sources close to Kamala Harris suggest that her aides are struggling to manage her sobriety, leading to a schedule limited to pre-arranged rallies. Reports indicate that Harris appears intoxicated upon disembarking from flights, prompting her team to shield her from…"

The Russification of America continues apace. SMH.

“Mr. Churchill, you’re drunk”

“Yes, madame, and you’re ugly. Tomorrow I shall wake up sober and you shall wake up ugly.”

If true——if——then my slight suspicion of Kamala being a victim of bipolar affective disorder would tie into this.

Such people are warned strongly to stay away from all alcohol. It exaggerates effects on the brain’s mood swings in unpredictable ways.

Her maniacal laughter is a symptom and that sparkling, glistening look in her eyes (unless that’s from contacts) coupled with aides and staffers saying she is a nightmare mean boss (94% turnover) may show it’s bipolar.

I don’t want to be like the quacks who said Trump couldn’t last a few months in office because of mental problems. Distant diagnoses are usually wrong.

“. . . and a big fat spliff”

Excerpt:

WHAT IS A SPLIFF?

A spliff is any blended smoke, though the term most commonly refers to a combination of cannabis and tobacco. Consumed around the world, the terminology used to describe spliffs and other herbal cigarettes comes with an array of interesting origin stories.

Why Is It Called A Spliff?

The word “joint” has been traced back to a French adjective meaning ‘joined’ (past participle of the verb joindre). The term spliff, however, reportedly originated in Jamaica and the West Indies — referring simply to a marijuana cigarettewith no tobacco. It spread to the U.K. and throughout Europe, where the word almost always refers to a smoke combined with tobacco.

On the other side of the world, mixing cannabis with tobacco in hand-rolled cigarettes became popular among the working class in Central America. The slang “roach” got its name from the Mexican song “La Cucaracha.”

Later in the 1920s, New Orleans musicians began touring with iconic “jazz cigarettes” that became popular in prohibition-era speakeasy culture. And in the anti-war counterculture of the 1960s, smoking a joint became a symbol of peaceful nonviolent protest against a broken system.

"She talks like she just had two glasses of wine and a big fat spliff."

Commiekamala talks like she ignorantly thinks she is intelligent and well-informed and that she can impress others with her word salads.

The plethora of reports about a drinking problem always make two points: 1. There's no real evidence. 2. These reports are all repetitions of rumors and gossip.

Conservatives complain about the Enemedia's hyping up unsubstantiated (or completely false) rumors about Trump or Vance, so we shouldn't turn around and do the same thing even with Commiekamala.

Have her try to walk a straight line; give her a breathalyzer test; take a blood sample; or find a near-empty flask in her purse or pocket. Until then mock and ridicule her for her communist policies and total leadership failures.

LOL

I am guilty of assuming all conspiracy theories are facts unless they are disproven later.

Well, we’ve had an Alzheimers patient running the country for four years, may as well have a drunk.

Harris could be proven to be a hopeless alcoholic, but it won’t make a bit of difference with anyone in the Democrat party base. She won’t lose a single vote among them.

And, passing the couch audition, with Willie’s um willie.

That has to be a factor, too.

I don’t think she has been showing up drunk. I think it is just chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE) from her time with Willie Brown.

Substance abuse would certainly explain some things.

If not, she is quite literally one of the dumbest people I have ever encountered - and I'm trying to be objective with that statement instead of political.

She is frightening stupid.

“This race is getting nutty.”

Isn’t that the truth? Wouldn’t the Democrats have been better off to have “convinced” Biden and Harris to step aside from the presidential race a year ago and had an open contest for the nomination? I would be far more fearful of Trump’s chances winning if Gavin Newsom, Gretchen Whitmer, or Michelle O were at the top of the ticket instead. Tim Walz would have never been paired with any of them as the VP candidate, and the Democrat presidential ticket would be far more formidable than the one they have now.

I agree…..it’s not just booze.
Her incoherent answers whenever she’s been questioned are a dead giveaway.
She’s been overly giddy on several TV shows.

Dean Martin was once asked if he had a drinking problem.
He responded, “Not as long as the bars are open.”

We tried giving the nuclear codes to a guy with advanced Alzheimer’s and nothing interesting happened.

So let’s try drunk and PMS and see if we get a different result.
