I’m glad you posted the thread. I’ve watched a lot of these NDE stories and the main question I’ve always had is why so many different versions of what heaven looks like? It seems to me that Heaven is Heaven and it should look the same to everyone.
After much reflection and philosofying my theory is that in a near death experience you aren’t really dead in the final sense.
Most likely Heaven is so beyond what our minds can perceive that if were suddenly shown it we would be overwhelmed. So Perhaps during these NDEs God gives us a preview using things our minds can readily accept and each person has a different perception.
When we actually die we will get to see the real deal and I doubt we will be floating around in a light orb or walking around endlessly in a field of flowers. 😏
