I’m pretty sure this is a deep fake, but what makes it powerful is that it is actually believable. Like if you saw one of Trump In a similar circumstance, you would know it was fake outright. But the fact that you have to take a second look with this one and in some cases, many people will just outright believe it makes it hilarious and damaging.
