Well I could never understand how the British could drink warm beer. Now they have just let the Muslims take over their country.
I worked with a bunch of Brits for an offshore surveying company in Houston. There was a British pub near the office where we often stopped by after work, especially on Fridays. The bartenders kept a stash of various British beers in a “cooler” that barely chilled the beer. The Brits would order their pints, specifying “a warm one, please,” and they came from that cooler.
The body has to warm beverages to body temp for absorption, hence room temperature beers will get more alcohol in your system more rapidly than ice cold beers.
