Man recording with his cell phone had to be asked by the victim to call the police. Don’t know if he did. A lone young woman pulled the victim away from the fracas. The cell phone guy needs to turn in his XY card.

When facing a group of teens with an obvious disregard for human life you would have to have little regard for your own life to try and intervene in their wilding.
I think he was brave to record their crimes with his cell phone.
They could have taken notice of his recording of their crimes and decided to violently take his phone away from him.
