We heard from a council woman at a recent Forsyth county GOP meeting that Kemp has put out the word that there’s going to be no more fraud investigation.

IMHO, Governor Kemp and his Secretary of State give every indication of being compromised and/or heavily bribed.
I think so. I think she cut a deal with Kemp at the behest of higher ups. She folded up her Governor tent and left in exchange for knocking out Trump and gaining two Senate seats.
Some candidates or so bad you just can't cheat enough and make it believable. Here's hoping Kameltoe is another one.
