I actually had someone say that they did not follow that advice, and they dropped an expensive weapon and went to catch it.
He was staring down the barrel when he caught it and would have pulled the trigger if the safety weren’t on.
That’s scary stuff.
Think of it as dropping a sharp knife. You don’t want to try to catch it.
