I’d go cayenne tincture over aspirin, although it’s definitely proven to reduce clots. Cayenne (capsaicin) has a wonderful ability to thin the blood as well has help it clot if need be. I’ve tried it on deep cuts and the bleeding stops quickly.
Speaking of oxygenation, I’ve heard of people visiting hyperbaric chambers to rid themselves of migraines among other things. You might be surprised how close one is to you. Further, Nattokinase is doing wonders for clot shot victims.
