I was thinking perhaps it would help my husband with the cartilage issues in his knees. He also has had gout, and has to avoid shellfish, including mussels, due to the purines they contain. Iā€™m guessing this supplement would contain them as well. šŸ˜•

I can’t advise on that, but Google might be helpful. I haven’t trusted doctors since working in a university research hospital, so rarely suggest asking them. I’ve had to educate too many ignorant ones regarding my own health.
