Not to churn up any fear - but there is also a fairly strong Islamic insurgency in Pakistan currently underway. Pakistan as you may/may not know also has nukes.
Contingency? Well the basic plan to neutralize the mullers was laid out in Top Gun Maverick. We just need some leadership with enough hair to git ‘er done.
