The approach these guys take is anything but.
The way this group works is to look for the exact location where the ngos are mailing the ballots that have been filled out. What is the location. From experience they know that there are places with no beds where they are mailed 200-1000 at a location. Never more sometimes way less.
They use real estate info to find vacant warehouses, apartment buildings,vacant homes and other places where they are typically mailed just in case they need them.
This is a slick operation where for example they mail ballots to an apartment building with no apartment number on the ballots.The post office can't deliver them. They pile up on the floor and are returned to the post office.
From there someone (described as a leftist) takes the ballots and turns them in to the NGO’s for $25.00 a ballot.
At that point they can be used to vote for whomever they want in a specific election.
Best bet is to listen to the video. It's not that long but extremely comprehensive.
