I can’t find the script in the image, it may be sent from the site.
This image and site (postimg.cc) have a LOOOOOOOONG running script that forces a long resolution, slowing the page load.
You might consider asking for a delete and re-sending it by Copy Image and via imgflip.com.

Almost 5 minutes on each page restart.
Looking more closely, it appears that some HTML differences are in your coding:

You use [img alt src=”] instead of the standard [img src=”]
That could be issue.
Not so nerdy to understand what the “alt” does in the call coding.
